1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jammy ("the Service"), operated by Jammy, Inc. at jammy.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including workspace administrators, team members, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Jammy is a task management and team collaboration platform. Features include task tracking, project management, team chat, standups, calendar integration, AI-powered productivity tools, and workflow automation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Upload content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Jammy, including tasks, comments, documents, and recordings. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we will not use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Jammy integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Slack. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You may connect and disconnect integrations at any time from your Settings page.

7. AI Features

Jammy uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as task suggestions, meeting-task matching, productivity insights, and workflow recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and should be reviewed before acting upon. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jammy, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
